eat great and lose weight

You don't have to eat greens for the whole day to lose weight. this can't be a way of life, you can eat great and still lose weight.
I was over weight for several years and I managed to burn the fat with no rigid diets or starving my self. all you need to do is


 CHOOSE THE RIGHT FOOD
you cant continue snacking on donuts and eating friesh every day. you have to STOP eating bad, quick, junk, canned, and frozen food.
start having fresh nuts, organic food, whole wheat bread, balanced amount of greens, low fat cheese and milk.
substitute high calori food with healthy high fabric food
eat natural food, it has lower calories, fresh, and healthy

ENJOY COOKING
I love rice and grilled chiken, but if i had to eat them every day, i'll go crazy and i'll eat unhealthy food for the sake of forgetting them
that's why we have to try different recipes, add different ingredients, or even creat our own dish. Don't be afraid of adding extra flavors to your meals. Probably you will love what you cooked.
Surf the internet for new recipes, there is thousands of them.
what if you found this great dish that contains butter in the recipe?? substitute it immedialtely with lighter ingredient like olive oil
try changing your cooking methods once in a while. For example: if you like to boil veggies, try to grill them.

TRY THIS RECIPE TOMMORROW

Ingredients:
chiken breast without skin
garlic
onion
botato
carrot
salt, pepper, spices

steps:
chop garlic and onion, add pepper, spices and salt to them. rub the chicken breast with the mixture using your hands till it's completely coated
cut the botato and carrot
put every thing together and rub them all together to get the taste with very small amount of water in a cooking pot
cover the pot with foil and put in a high degree oven (350) for a bout 30  minutes till cooked

serve with white rice and salad

it's very easy, healthy, and if you notice, we didn't even use one drop of oil or any kind of fat.

Not getting enough calories will slow down your metabolism and you won't be able to burn the fat. You will also feel tired, hungary and you'll go toward unhealthy food for comfort.
